With reference to your despatch No.137 Consular
of the 21st of Novmaber 1912, I have the honour to report that I am in receipt of Sir Evorari Ymser's despatch No.22 of the 17th instant, copies of which have boon forwarded
to you direct, enclosing a memorandum mel notas by the Crown Advocate and His Hajnsty's Julgo suggesting certain mieria- tione in the draft "Chim (Companies) Order-in-Council".
I concur in those suggested anonimenta na well as
in the addition thich Mie Zajosty's Consul-Cenerul at
Shanghai recommends should be undo in Article 8(1) and
Article 8(2).
